I am sorry for not having updated in 2 weeks. But real life has me in a choke hold at the moment. So I cant stay up all night playing FFXI. Still I have a big update to make!

We got atleast 3 pulls in the last two weeks.

Pirates 3. Finally one of the 3  (third) movies that didnt disappoint. Spiderman 3 was a complete joke. Too much going, in fact I would have cut sandman completly out of the movie for no. 4. Venom was nicely made but way to short... geez.

Shrek 3, watchable but very boring compared to no. 2.

Pirates 3, not perfect but by far the best of these 3 movies. Great completion of the storyline though the copys of Jack could have been left out for improvement. ^_^

Oh ja, watch the secret ending after the credits rolled!

Last week I have been focusing more on WoW. Mainly because I have to make 5.2k gold for my epic flying mount. Which is needed for the next patch updated Nether Drake mount. My own dragon that lets me fly on it! XD

Also Brax, Jak, Canada got me into a nice guild that is running Kara at the moment. First time I will actually Raid XD.


Anyhow thats the reason why I wasnt 24/7 on FFXI last week, but dont worry I still got a few nice screens and events ^_-



Tiamat ~
When I was finally free to login for my favourite Dragon it was already near 40%. Even with only 2-3 smn we have a fast killing time. Though this time Becki had fun on DRK XD.





I was also dualboxing Tropics BRD on top of my WHM. I am getting better at this. Though a BRD is of course a very easy dualboxed class. The horror comby would be tank + rdm. <.<



Forgot to take SS of drop, lets just say it was a lol oxblood not even a fire crystal <.<. Well for me its the fight that counts anyway.




Aspid ~
Another dualboxed fight for me. Third Aspid for us and we are now 2/3 on Dalmatica on it. :)

Word of Warcraft 
Ahh I enjoy this game so much. Mainly for the fact that you dont need that much time as FFXI. Hop in and solo if you dont have much time. Or run an instance when you have a couple of hours.



I heard many people say they dont like the wow grapic. Well it looks great in motion, on Screenshots its just blah I guess. FFXI looks nice on SS or in motion. Though WoW has more going on, talking NPC more workable interface. You can turn your character into a pirate have pets. So much fun!


I dont know HOW many times I have run BRD. But it needed my 70 mage and Canadas 70 Warrior to get pass that damn room of 30 sec repoping mobs to get to the last boss. XD

This week + weekend will be fairly slow in updates. Mainly because I am a bit busy with work at the moment. So my playtime is shifted to normal German day time. Also aside from Ouryu on Saturday we dont have anything planned.



Kaiser ~
Riv/Ate was so happy over his abj he refuse to turn it in till he had a HQ synth. Finally yesterday the crafting result was a Kaiser Body. 1/22

I catch myself having the urge to re-play FF8. I dont know what triggered that particular desire. Granted it is my favourite Final Fantasy game, but I havent touched it in.. oh forever. I should dig it out of my "old video game collection" and take it for a spin in my very first german ps2 edition. If the PS2 is still working mind you. I rebought an US version and JP once my stone-age ps2 showed stroke symptoms. 
Ohh the danger of vanishing for days behind a game controler.
 

Uff again a very busy weekend. It started with Becki asking TSD for help in regards of Kirin. She wanted to get her friend Crimson Legs. So I scheduled a Kirin run for Saturday.



Kirin ~
At first I was a bit concerned. I knew it would take only 2~3 people to kite Kirin till all the mini-gods are dead. But how many people minimum do you need for the gods??? I was used to do Kirin with atleast 25+ people. And CFH on the 4 gods. (sky noob here)
LS re-assured me 2 PTs would be fine. And it turned out we actually got a full ally working. :)



Dill totally rocks at playing with Kirin. d('-' 





This Kirin was so easy, I was surprised when I took the time to not target the tank to see Kirin was already down to 60%. Either I am just too used to HNM kill times.. or we really took Kirin down faster than I am used too... idk




I havent killed Kirin in forever it seems... Also at this run it was the FIRST time I actually saw Kirins Avatar pop!!! I feel so noob. >_>;




This is the 2nd Kirin we killed. I dc before the first one died.... and then 2 more times at beginning of 2nd fight. ._. No Crimson Legs dropped though.





Salvage ~
Baka Dill dragged me along to Salvage. No problem normaly but we didnt enter till SIX AM my time... ._. -twitch-
Was a good run though, I was a bit stressed out at the Mega Boss fight. Mainly because I didnt know what to expect. I am a person that needs experience with things, when I know whats comming up I will do a good job. If I have to react on unfamiliar ground, I am not as witty as I would like to be. How good I performed is for my LS mates to judge, I hope I did a good enough job. I figured out what WS required what NA spells XD. I prefer to hit the NA macro on seeing the TP move in -chat-. But if you dont know what effect it does.. it blows (at start).

Anyhow fun fun fight. I was sweating a bit from beeing only cure there. <.< I slapped some Devotion MP on Jackz and made him cure till I got some MP back.

Boroka ~
Next up was Bahamut v2 on sunday. While we were making our way through Side-B we noticed a few RMT moving around. Pretty much a screaming sign that Boroka was up. We beat RMT to zone and there it was!



Lets just say this was a total trash fight. <_< Thank god nobody but the RMT saw us fight this. The only person with a weapon was I think Gary consisting of a warp crudgle. w

I always wondered where that word Zerg comes from....

No skill involved, w pretty much summs it up. I want to do Baha v2 someday the normal legit way. Then again, do I want to risk a possible 15M Cashmere cloth + Rare/ex just for my ego? I dont know, I guess when everyone got their rare/ex I might ask how LS would like to try it the legit way. I am always up for a challenge, but atm my reasoning tells me this is the much less time consuming save way.

I noticed some days I change my title faster than I change my jobs. And if you have read my Nidhogg entry thats pretty damn amazing XD. So its rather odd that I havent changed out of my WHM for the past 2+ days. It might have to do something with me not really asking what job I should come as. I just went WHM <.<.

To blame is the lagging MH. Nothing more annoying than a tardy moogle -.-;. I am used to WoW inventory swap speed. Click and drag, voila. In FFXI it takes me up to 10 min to change my job and gear, depending how equip intensive (brd, pld-kit). 
You click on the item ... and depending if the game wants to head your request.... it might or might not  work on the first try. Of course if you miss-click the wrong item due to lag.. you can be sure the item will be moved. -_- Especially very annoying when you are in a rush (omg cerberus poped, gotta beat competition  @~-~ (>'_')> ). 
So ja, I took vacation from constantly changing my job and begging my Moogle to hurry the fuck up! XD




Fafnir ~
Oddly enough when we pulled this Fafnir Dragon's Aery was pretty much deserted. Probably due to most people hoping for a HQ in Behemoth's Dominion. Resulting in us getting pull.


Very easy/smooth fight aside from a few self-induced death :P




2 min later:




Fafnir poped very early in into the possible windows. That plus our fast killing speed made Jackz tell us to slow down. Beeing so early in the day already, we decided to reduce dmg. BLMs were told to only use lv1 spells lol. And when the killing was still to fast we cut Refresh on them too. I suggested to sleep Fafnir and fight a few darters for xp. Roman titled that as "Kru's daily retarded suggestion Nr.1" (or something smiliar -_-;)

Just a simple Behemoth but reason enough for me to give in to my picture addiction ^_^



I noticed this EU ls rosesforthedead <sp> camping kings now. XD They dont seem to know Behes pop zone very well though.. judging from their positioning.

Mr. Rush It (dill) asked a couple of friends to help out with this ENM. He tried to buy a reverend sash just to find none on AH. It might come as a shock to the Shiva community, but Dillinja is leveling a 2nd job after 3+ years of FFXI. XD OVERnuking BLM detected.



Beeing used to trio this ENM, it was a breeze. No Sash though.

In my opinion is the best looking WS (not talking relic). Hence I took a few Screens on my weekly Eldieme Escort. Of course I also hi-jacked Dills Kraken. XD

I came across a weired Lullaby Resist phenomenon. During my last Mamool Stating point pt I got resisted 60~75% of the time on Lullaby. (North camp @ Mamool only +2 Puks). At first I thought I forgot my Mary's Horn in MH. But no the usual equipment. x_X I am used to pull > sleep and start singing next song. My Lullaby landing so consistant even on Mamool that I usually never check if it sticked before starting new song. This time I got wacked a lot... also I got nice r0 all the time. -_- Well this sucked, it better not stay that way.

Sea (the worst) ~


Just as predicted the weekend was fairly slow, but Dill wanted to finish JOL set so he dragged LL, Aie and me down to sea to get a Ix'Drg kill.
We passed a japanese sea ls on our way to possible NM pop. It actually poped for us on the first kill, on the zone right next to the JP LS. We started to do the old dot > kite > and zone strat.



After like 10min the JP ls prop finally figured out what we were doing and went away and stole our NM...  Sometimes I wished I had memorized all these nice JP insults I learned from my 7month stay in Tokyo. I sure would have used them then.

They had more than enough people to kite adds and kill it. The Ninja died twice to the actual NM. (I couldnt stop myself dancing on his corpse). The brd got aggro and was so dumb to run into the other mobs in the room.. and linking them too lol. So they actually WIPED at 1%!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We claim and Aie chainspelled it down. SPEAK about a mental release lolololol. Poetic Justice. 

Normaly I am a pretty nice person, but then I couldnt help myself to trash talk them lol. 





<.< soooo satisfying, that totally made my week. Nothing could have beat that.

Ixedoll is one of the few people you just adoreeeeeeeee uppon meeting them. They have that "air" about them, even over the internet, that screams "I am a totally loveable person, please huggg meee"

Sky ~

I think everyone who knows me a bit closer in FFXI knows HOW MUCH I despise Sky. Its worse than going to the dentist, atleast there you get repair after the torture <.<



This statement pretty much summs it up. Aside from the constantly running around that fucking place. On top of camping these "enter german cussing here" timed NMs you have to actually beat up the competition to win pull.... and we all know RMT dont... sleep. 

Anytime I zone into sky my stomach starts revolting lol and I turn into PMS mode >_>


ANYHOW, aside from me needing/wanting Blood legs (yes i bought the -1) a few peeps in ls want Tiger pants. So I actually asked ls to do a tiny sky run. 



We actually got 3 Ulli pop items, for once Romans TH must have worked <_<;;;;



I think if SE would have set up Sky totally like the new Ulli update I wouldnt despise it that much. Kill monsters for xp to get pop item... wouldnt be bad at all. <^> killing placeholders for NM to pop that anyone can steal of you. (Despot)


With my luck of farming sky for a Kirin set, that bastard prop wont drop crimson lol.





Salvage ~

Stupid Dill got me infected with Salvage. Not for the gear mind you. That stuff is too weak compared to Limbus items. Especially if you think of the work needed to obtain Salvage gear. Makes me want to yawn at SE. GOD damn take a risk to actually overpower an item, WoW totally overpowered gears upon release of Burning Crusade, and it didnt destroy the game ballance.

Anyhow, I think Salvage is a nice challenge :) And hearing Roman go SSJ on vent is a bonus +1 w
